Exhibit Proposals
We work with Stanford Community members to create visitor-centered exhibitions and related programming, including but not limited to publications, courses, and events. We are excited to chat about your potential exhibition, whether you have a vague idea of what you might want to exhibit or a full proposal based on your course work or research. If you aren't sure where to begin, take a look at our past exhibits for inspiration.
In lieu of a formal submission process with written proposals, the Exhibits Coordinator will schedule a 30-minute Zoom meeting with you and your team to discuss the project and our program's exhibition development process.
Before you contact us, please be aware that we schedule exhibits at least one academic year in advance and the year's schedule is finalized in the preceding Spring quarter (i.e. the final 2024/2025 calendar will be decided in Spring 2024).
Are you an external vendor?
We do not host traveling exhibitions at this time. Thank you for your understanding!
